The BearsCanberra monthly Committee meeting takes place from 7:30 p.m. on the FIRST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH Contact secretary for venue.

 

Members are more than welcome if they would like to join us for a drink or a meal, but especially welcome to put forward any suggestions or comments.

 Our Annual General Meeting (including election of Office Bearers) is usually on the Second weekend of September – In previous years, the AGM has been held at Westlund House (the offices of the ACT AIDS Action Council) -  but the actual venue and timing will be announced in the Newsletter, the Webpage and the mail out to members, in the weeks prior to the meeting.
